Project Manager:
As Project Director/Manager of several hundred UST removals, Mr. Terrell prepared the subsequent
comprehensive site assessments and corrective action plans. Representative site activities have included the
removal and assessment of 18 USTs from one site for a federal client, the removal and assessment of 25 USTs from
one site for an industrial client, and the removal and assessment of numerous USTs at various sites for several
petroleum marketers.
Mr. Terrell served as Project Director/Manager for the removal and remediation of over 75,000 yards of
contaminated soil. Representative site activities included the removal and remediation of over 25,000 yards of
contaminated soil and gravel at an operating manufacturing plant and the removal and remediation of 7,000 yards of
contaminated soil at an industrial site due to a property transfer.

Mr. Terrell has extensive experience in the
environmental consulting field. He has
served as Managing Principal for over nine
years of a multi-disciplined environmental
services and consulting office.
Mr. Terrell has served as Corporate
Environmental Consultant for a Fortune 500
multinational electronic manufacturing
corporation. He has overseen all
environmental investigations and remedial
actions at former and existing
manufacturing facilities. Typical problems
involved extensive soil and groundwater
chlorinated solvent plumes. Additionally, he
has conducted environmental due diligence
prior to multi-million dollar acquisitions of
facilities located in North America, South
America, Europe and Asia. Currently, he
oversees annual environmental audits of
existing manufacturing operations in New
York, Colorado, California, Texas, Florida,
China, Germany, Ireland, Mexico, Malaysia,
Minnesota and Brazil.
